Trust of Safety and Taste (TOST) is a coordination committee formed involving producers, distributors and traders involved in the chain to ensure the quality of food products from the production area to the dining area to ensure safe food.
The purpose of this coordination committee is to work to ensure the safety and quality of food products including fish, meat, eggs and milk.For this purpose, this coordination committee aims to provide awareness and training to the public, producers and distributors, conduct research etc.
Indian Medical Association Indian Veterinary Association Veterinary University State Animal Husbandry Department Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Food Safety Department Venkateswara Group (VHL) Poultry Farmers Regulatory Committee,Kerala Hotel & Restaurant Association, Poultry Farmers and Traders Samathi Bakers Association, Caterers Association, Egg Distributors Association and various organizations in the production and distribution sector including the agri-hotel sector are participating in this coordination committee.
